We found it finally and in the least likely place, Portland Maine. All 4 stuffed chicken recipes Eat-Well carry is made in a modern kitchen inspired plant family owned and operated in Maine since 1955. They have grown a bit since then but here is a quote from their mission statement:

We carry four of their best and all are boxed 12-8oz portions. All are cooked from frozen and all use the finest ingredients and hand made. These chickens are AMAZING!

Stuffed Chicken w Artichoke and Parmesan: (12-8oz) All-Natural premium whole chicken breast. Stuffed with Artichoke hearts, spinach leaves and red pepper slices. Combined with a zesty parmesan sauce, hand-wrapped inside a moist, tender chicken breast and topped with Italian herbs and Parmesan cheese.

Stuffed Chicken Saltimbocca: (12-8oz) All-Natural premium whole chicken breast stuffed with slices of prosciutto wrapped around a puree of sage, rosemary and garlic with Swiss and American cheeses. Then topped with Parmesan cheese and Italian herbs.

Stuffed Chicken Apple Crème Brie: (12-8oz) All-Natural premium whole chicken breast stuffed with a delectable combination of Crème Brie, sweet apples, cranberries, onions and a hint of chive wrapped in a paprika coated gourmet chicken breast.

Stuffed Chicken Cordon Bleu: (10-7.75oz) All-Natural premium whole chicken breast stuffed with A Classic Combination of Canadian-Style Bacon and Swiss and American Cheeses. Lightly Battered And Dusted With Golden Bread Crumbs.

Preparation Instructions:

Cook from frozen in preheated appliance.

Shallow baking dish recommended and we don’t like these stuffed chickens in a microwave.

Conventional: 400 degrees F; 35-40 minutes.

Convection: 350 degrees F; 26-34 minutes.

*Due to variations in ovens, cooking times may vary. For Food Safety, cook to a minimum internal temperature of 165 degrees F measured by a meat thermometer.
